Who we are

blacknumberslaw.com is operated by Black Numbers Law ("BNL", "we", "us"), a proprietorship run by Bharath Ananthanarayana, based opposite Phoenix Marketcity, Bengaluru 560048, India. BNL is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-342488). By using this site you agree to these terms.

Services and prices

Most tools on this site, such as the calculators and estimators, are free. Some studies are paid. The Maharshi Match Maker study is listed at ₹499 and currently offered at an introductory price of ₹49 per study for one couple. It includes both the basic study and the advanced study described on its page. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown before you pay; where GST applies, it is shown at checkout. We may change prices; a change never affects a study you have already paid for.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. A paid study is delivered on screen immediately after a successful payment.

Astrology studies

Our Jyotisha (astrology) studies are calculated on your device from the birth details you enter, which are not sent to us. They follow traditional Vedic methods and are offered for guidance and personal reflection. They are not a guarantee of any outcome, and they are not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Decisions about marriage remain yours and your families'. For remedies, consult your astrologer.

Astrology studies are separate from our mutual fund distribution services and are not investment advice. BNL is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully.

Refunds and cancellations

Paid studies are delivered instantly. Paid studies, such as the Maharshi Match Maker study, are digital and appear on screen as soon as your payment succeeds. Because the study is delivered immediately, a payment cannot be cancelled once the study has been shown, and we do not refund a study that was delivered as described.

When we refund in full. We refund the full amount if:

• your payment was taken but the study did not appear because of a technical problem on our side;
• you were charged twice for the same study; or
• the study you received was materially different from what its page described.

Tell us within 7 days of the payment, with the payment reference from Razorpay. We review requests within 3 working days.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.

Consultations. Private consultations arranged on WhatsApp are scheduled by mutual agreement. Either side may reschedule once with notice. If we cannot hold a paid consultation, we refund it in full.

Trade marks

The BNL logo, together with the words Black Numbers Law and Ethics is Wealth Beyond Time, is a trade mark of Bharath A., proprietor of Black Numbers Law, filed in Class 36 (financial services) and shown on this site with the ™ symbol. All rights are reserved. Do not use, copy or imitate these marks without written permission.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and for your own personal purposes. Do not copy, scrape, rehost or resell its content, tools or code. Enter only details you are entitled to use; if you enter another person's birth details, make sure they are happy for you to do so. The site's content, design and code belong to Black Numbers Law.

Limits of liability

We work to keep our tools accurate, but calculations depend on the details entered and on traditional methods that can be interpreted differently. To the extent the law allows, BNL is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site's tools or studies, and our total liability for any paid study is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above shows when.
